Enquiring Minds Want To Know.....

To celebrate Rick's first day home, I made a large breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles and juice. We all stuffed ourselves so we were still not hungry at lunch time.

Now for a Katie story. When Rick is out of town and you ask Katie where her Daddy is, she will reply, "On an airplane." To her young mind when Rick boards an airplane, she does not realize that he doesn't stay on the plane the whole time he was gone. However, she is starting to question that theory because this morning while they were talking about airplanes and Rick being gone, Katie asked him, "What do you do all day?" Rick and I started laughing and Rick did answer her. He told her that he flies in airplanes, eats candy and plays with toys. My fear is that now when she is asked the whereabouts of her father, she will say, "He's in an airplane eating candy and playing with toys."
