Rick's Saturday Picture

Today I was busy cleaning when Katie came to me crying. I thought she might have hurt herself so I asked her what had happened. She replied with tears spilling out of her beautiful blue eyes, "I can't find Daddy." Hon, I can hear your heartbreaking just as mine did when she said that.

So here's Rick's Saturday Picture and hopefully the last Saturday picture I will post for a long time. Monday, Tuesday, etc. Pictures I don't have a problem with, but Saturday means Rick is gone for at least two weeks. This photo is from yesterday at May Farms when Katie was holding a baby chick on her lap. The solemn expression on her face matches her mood today, which is missing-daddy-blues.
